For the Gravy:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

For Serving:

  • 2–4 cups cooked white rice
  • 2–4 eggs
  • Chopped green onions (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Make the Patties:

  3. Fry the Eggs:
In a separate pan, fry eggs sunny-side up or to your liking.
  4. Assemble:
Place a scoop of rice on each plate, top with a beef patty, pour over gravy, and crown with a fried egg. Garnish with green onions if desired.
  5. Serve:
Enjoy immediately while hot and saucy.

Enjoy!
