Deviled Eggs

Introduction:
Deviled eggs are a timeless appetizer—simple, elegant, and packed with flavor. With creamy yolk filling and a touch of tang, they’re perfect for parties, holidays, or an easy protein-packed snack.


Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar or lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Paprika, for garnish
  • Optional: chopped chives, pickles, or hot sauce

Instructions:

  1. Boil Eggs: Place eggs in a pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, then turn off the heat and cover. Let sit for 10–12 minutes. Transfer to ice water and cool completely.
  2. Peel & Halve: Peel the eggs and slice in half lengthwise. Gently remove the yolks and place in a bowl.
  3. Make Filling: Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  4. Fill Eggs: Spoon or pipe the filling back into the egg whites.
  5. Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle with paprika and optional toppings. Chill until ready to serve.
