Introduction:
Cheesecake deviled strawberries are a charming no-bake dessert that combines juicy fresh strawberries with a creamy, tangy cheesecake filling. They’re beautiful enough for parties, yet simple enough for a quick treat—no oven required!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450g) fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (or more to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2–3 graham crackers, crushed (optional for garnish)
  • Optional: chocolate drizzle or chopped nuts for topping

Instructions:

  1. Prep Strawberries:
Slice strawberries in half lengthwise and use a small spoon or melon baller to gently scoop out a bit of the center to create a well.
  2. Make Cheesecake Filling:
In a bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fill Strawberries:
Transfer filling to a piping bag or zip-top bag with the corner snipped. Pipe a swirl of filling into each strawberry half.
  4. Garnish:
Sprinkle crushed graham crackers over the tops. Add a chocolate drizzle or chopped nuts if desired.
  5. Serve:
Chill for 15–30 minutes or serve immediately for a sweet, bite-sized delight!

Enjoy !
