Cheesecake deviled strawberries are a charming no-bake dessert that combines juicy fresh strawberries with a creamy, tangy cheesecake filling. They’re beautiful enough for parties, yet simple enough for a quick treat—no oven required!
Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (or more to taste)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2–3 graham crackers, crushed (optional for garnish)
- Optional: chocolate drizzle or chopped nuts for topping
Instructions:
- Prep Strawberries:
Slice strawberries in half lengthwise and use a small spoon or melon baller to gently scoop out a bit of the center to create a well. - Make Cheesecake Filling:
In a bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth and creamy. - Fill Strawberries:
Transfer filling to a piping bag or zip-top bag with the corner snipped. Pipe a swirl of filling into each strawberry half. - Garnish:
Sprinkle crushed graham crackers over the tops. Add a chocolate drizzle or chopped nuts if desired. - Serve:
