Pecan Pie Balls

Introduction:
Pecan pie balls are a no-bake twist on the classic pecan pie—rich, nutty, and perfectly poppable. With all the flavors of the traditional dessert wrapped into a bite-sized treat, they’re ideal for holidays, gifting, or anytime your sweet tooth strikes.


Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups finely chopped pecans
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers (about 8 full sheets)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: melted chocolate for dipping

Instructions:

  1. Mix:
    In a mixing bowl, combine chopped pecans, crushed graham crackers, brown sugar, and salt. Stir in melted butter, syrup, and vanilla until a sticky dough forms.
  2. Form Balls:
    Scoop out 1-tablespoon portions and roll into balls. Place on a parchment-lined tray.
  3. Chill:
    Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. Optional – Dip in Chocolate:
    Dip each ball halfway into melted chocolate and let set on wax paper.
  5. Serve or Store:
    Enjoy immediately, or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
