Fresh Fruit Salad

Introduction:
Fresh fruit salad is the ultimate light and healthy treat—bursting with natural sweetness, color, and flavor. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a picnic side, it’s a delicious way to enjoy nature’s candy in one beautiful bowl.


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup green grapes, halved
  • 1 cup watermelon or cantaloupe, cubed
  • 1 banana, sliced (add just before serving)
  • Juice of 1/2 orange or 1 tbsp honey + 1 tsp lime juice (optional dressing)
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prep Fruit: Wash, peel, and slice all fruit as needed. Add to a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add Dressing (Optional): Drizzle with fresh orange juice or whisk together honey and lime juice, then gently toss to coat.
  3. Chill: Refrigerate for 15–30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
  4. Serve: Top with fresh mint leaves and serve cold.
