🥗 Chicken Pasta Salad Recipe
A creamy, tangy, and hearty side that’s perfect for potlucks — but satisfying enough to be a complete lunch!
Ingredients:
- Pasta (small shapes like shells, macaroni, or ditalini work best)
- Shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)
- Cheddar cheese, shredded or cubed
- Celery, chopped
- Red onion, chopped
- Mayonnaise
- Apple cider vinegar
- Sugar

- 3 cups cooked pasta
- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup celery
- 1/4 cup red onion
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Instructions:
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool.
