Ingredients:
- 1 can (15 oz) refried beans
- 1 cup guacamole (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (optional, for creamier texture)
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes (or pico de gallo)
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Optional: chopped cilantro, jalapeños, or diced red onions
- Tortilla chips, for serving
Instructions:
- Layer 1 – Beans:
Spread refried beans evenly in the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish or a wide bowl. - Layer 2 – Guacamole:
